EXPECTED MARKETING CONTRIBUTION
On a regular basis, using any one or a combination of Emails, Facebook posts, Twitter posts, YouTube videos, Facebook advertising, Facebook groups, AdSense advertising, Google+ posts, LinkedIn Posts, Pinterest posts, Blog posts, Instagram, website links, word of mouth, WhatsApp, etc drive prospect clients to our Forex Trading Videos and websites.

MAIN STRATEGIES ENCOURAGED BY THE PLAN
New Marketing Videos
I produce 2 to 4 videos a week on YouTube. Many of these are of educational value but many are promotional videos. The idea is to send your prospective clients to these new videos when they are published on the Expert4x website. By doing this Expert4x will be taking care of most of your marketing content needs and all you need to focus on is sending people to the video pages. Once the prospective client has visited any one of these pages the cookies used will ensure that ANY purchases made by that client over the next 3 months will be credited to the marketing partner.  
Existing marketing videos
Expert4x has over 1000 educational and promotional videos. You can send your clients to any of the 1000 videos produced and again, when they purchase using a PayPal button you will be credited with the sale.

You will also be able to send prospective clients to ANY webpage or video and still get credit for sales made through Expert4x PayPal buttons.
Where marketing partners wish to follow their own strategies to promote Expert4x products, these need to be done using their own resources.

There are considerable YouTube resources on social media marketing and affiliate marketing. 
Please use these resources to add to your affiliate marketing education.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the affiliate to develop their own expertise in order to take advantage of this marketing opportunity and Expert4x can not provide such training.

SALES RECOGNITION

Sales will be linked to the Marketing partner when the client purchases a product using a PayPal button after The Idevaffiliate Partner link was used to send the clients to a video or website page. It is the Marketing Partners responsibility to ensure the proper use of the Partner link to ensure that sales are credited to the partner account. Please review the training on how this can be done.
Please note that the highly discounted Crypto Sales are not part of this Marketing Partner Plan as currently, we can not trace the origin of those sales as we can through PayPal
Ebook courses are not included. Those are very old and not really promoted by our videos.
We have a strict NO refund policy and no cooling off period. This is clearly stated on our marketing pages. We will however exchange products when provided with trading records indicating that the client has in fact used the trading tools.

PAYMENT CYCLE
Should there be any sales from the clients viewing our videos, our web pages, and purchasing after they have become clients you will get the full benefit from their purchases. 
The Partner share is 40% of all ROBOT sales except for highly discounted Sale Products or bundles which have a 15% share.
No commission is earned on paid forum membership or subscriptions started by paid forum members.
Subscriptions started outside of the forums earn a 15% share of the monthly subscription. An example of these subscriptions is the 14 day trial linked service.
A single sale of one of our most popular EAs like the Make Money EA could earn $110.   
You get paid once a month on the 15th of the month based on earnings for the previous month's sales.
Please note that there is a minimum payment amount of $120 in Partner sales (the joining $25 bonus does not count towards this minimum payout amount)

JOINING BONUS
A joining bonus is credited to your account when you join. The joining bonus will only be paid once a marketer has reached the minimum commission earned amount stated in the plan (Currently $120)

INTRODUCING YOUR OWN MARKETING PARTNERS
Marketing partners may introduce other marketing partners. When this happens the introducing partner will receive 15% of the commission that the introduced Partner earns. This extends to one more level so if the introduced partner introduces another marketing partner, the original partner will also get 10% of that partner's commission paid.

EXPERT4X MARKETING PARTNER FORUM 
An Expert4x Marketing Forum has been created for marketing partners to discuss marketing strategies and the marketing plan.

MASS MARKETING CAMPAIGNS
Except for email marketing, the purchase of mass marketing campaigns where 3rd parties create hits on affiliate links and on YouTube video is not allowed.
Any marketing campaigns where more than 1000 potential people will be contacted must be approved by Expert4x BEFORE such a campaign is activated


UNACCEPTABLE ACTIONS THAT MAY CAUSE CANCELLATION OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP OF THE PLAN
1.	No sales activity for a period of 2 months
2.	No traffic activity for 1 month
3.	Excessive spamming of potential clients
4.	Making promises and pretending to represent Expert4x 
5.	Performing actions that do not promote Expert4x in a favourable light 
6.	Using advanced affiliate tactics to try to be credited for commissions not fully entitled to.
7.	PayPal Disputes
8.     The purchase of Mass hits that are sent to YouTube videos

OWN PURCHASES MADE BY MARKETING PARTNERS
Marketing Partners will not earn Commission on their own purchases

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Expert4x may from time to change these terms and conditions. When this occurs all active marketing partners will be notified.

GENERAL FOREX DISCLAIMER
Marketing Partners must at no time create false expectations about the future profitability of trading tools. 
The Forex market is unpredictable and inconsistent and therefore past performance cannot be expected to be repeated in the future. 
Where historic performance has been used, it is based on market conditions that existed in the past and are often optimized to show the true potential of the trading tool.
